We can ship nationally in the US by FedEx Express or FedEx Ground.

We can arrange for international shipping by BWIA, Mario's Air, Amerijet, Air Jamaica, Laparkan or another airline. 

For large orders we can arrange for ocean freight by Tropical Shipping, Four Stars Cargo or the company of your choice.

We do not charge for delivery to your freight forwarder within the airport area.

All orders will be subject to approval. 

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 **ACL COMPUTERS Warranty is offered to direct customers with valid ACL COMPUTERS invoice only!**
We extend the manuacturer's warranty on all parts against defective product under normal working conditions. Defective product(s) can be returned to ACL COMPUTERS by the following procedure: 

  1. To return products for warranty service, you must first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from ACL COMPUTERS RMA Department.
  2. RMA Number is valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issued, please ship your items as soon as possible.
  3. Returning item must have a RMA label clearly posted on the outside of each package. Any returning package not exhibiting an RMA number will be refused. Shipping charge should be prepaid & no COD will be accepted.
  4. Return Requirements:

    Proper packaging in the original carton along with the original packing materials is required.

    Please return all Manuals, Cable, CD & ACCESSORIES.

    Problem(s) Descriptions.

  5. Defective Merchandise Returned for Replacement: Items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion within the terms and limits of the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
  6. Please fill out and submit the RMA Form to obtain an RMA number.

          ACL COMPUTERS MUST receive all returns before a replacement can be released.

Note: Physical Damage, Mishandling, Mis-Use, modifications, No Serial Number and Missing Parts will automatically void the warranty. All items MUST be returned properly packaged and Protected.  Any item(s) returned in envelopes will void the warranty.
