1.8 Meter Satellite Dish Type 180

 

The Andrew Corporation 1.8 m Type 180 Offset Antenna is a rugged commercial grade product suitable for the most demanding applications. The reflector is thermoset-molded for strength and surface accuracy. Molded into the rear of the reflector is a network of support ribs which not only strengthens the antenna, but also helps to sustain its critical parabolic shape. The Az/El mount is constructed from heavy-gauge steel to provide a rigid support to the reflector. Four heavy-duty lockdown bolts secure the mount to any 4.50” (114 mm) O.D. mast and prevent slippage in high winds. A specially formulated powder paint process offers excellent protection from weather-related corrosion. Hot-dip galvanizing is optional for extreme environmental conditions.

The 1.8 meter dish and its mount come in two separate boxes. The 1.8 dish weighs 100 lbs. and the dimensions of its box are 73 in. x 80 in. x 8 in. The mount weighs 50 lbs. and the dimensions of its box are 26 in. x 26 in. x 12 in.
